GodBlogCon 2007 Podcasts

GodBlogCon 2007 recently concluded in Las Vegas. I attended the first GodBlogCon at Biola University, a conference designed to bring Christian bloggers together for an exchange of ideas about how to be more effective witnesses to the truth on the Internet.

I wasn’t able to attend this year, but Prof. John Mark Reynolds and his blogging associates at Scriptorium Daily have posted MP3 podcasts of the keynote addresses from the conference beginning here.

I’ve already listened to my friend and fellow-blogger Bonnie Lindblom’s excellent talk on “Communicating Biblical Womanhood,” and there are many others I’m anxious to hear, including “Pioneering the New Media for Christ” by Dr. Albert Mohler, “Taking your Ministry to the New Media” by Rev. Mark D Roberts, and “Writing Well in the New Media” by La Shawn Barber.

Go ye and download!

  1. Thanks for pointing the way! Some of the talks sound really interesting. I’m looking forward to listening to them.

  2. American christianity[note the small ‘c’] has hurt this nation and True Believers around the world it is all about power to be gained because they are afraid of losing power they do not care about Jesus Christ they insult Jesus Christ….they don’t want to die…they want to win the arguments…they want the cash flow….they want to find scapegoats to hate[gays..athiests] they want to promote fear and not faith…they do not want to do the basics they are going for the power…which brings scandal…sex, money, and politics of fsscism/nationalism or how to be a good German..or American christian[note the small[‘c’]

American christianity is lazy ..they want to legislate instead of doing root ministry..they want to zap with guilt electronically instead of serving anyone…they want cheap religion and the feelings of self righteousness that goes with it.
