A Trip to Yosemite 3

California is getting drenched, so it's been a cold and wet couple of days here at Yosemite. Not complaining, though. We came here to see water, and Yosemite has water in abundance.

The rains have really amped up the waterfalls. Yosemite Falls is a mile away, but it's roaring like a jet plane. I can feel the pounding vibrations through the ground. Astounding, and beautiful to see.

This morning, I climbed up close enough to the base of the falls that I was quickly drenched in the mist. Had to keep wiping the camera lens dry to get any photos at all.

Yosemite is an amazing place to see God's handiwork. Well worth a visit, no matter what the weather.

Tomorrow we head back to the real world. Here are a few more photos. Enjoy.

Hi Charlie,
Awesome! I came back to look at the photos again. Reminds me of NZ a bit. You have taken breathtaking shots here - thankyou! (Are you back in the real world yet?)
